Take time out to rest and relax the body, the mind, and the soul.
Get into your 'Shavasana' Relaxation pose this evening for 15 minutes.
Rest your body flat on the floor or on a mat.
Use a timer or a soothing alarm to alert you.
Better yet, just stay in the pose and let your body tell you when you're ready.
Close your eyes.
Let go of all the stress that has been put upon you throughout the day.
Breath long deep, and complete in through the nose, and out through the nose.
Relax your entire body . . . inch by inch.
Your body feels heavy, your mind is relaxed.
And your spirit is on it's way to eternal bliss.
